What is your return policy?
We pride ourselves in offering science backed skincare products. If you are dissatisfied with your order, we
accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
How do I return an item?
To initiate a return, please complete and e-mail the Return Merchandise Authorization form to
email@example.com. Once your request is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a pre-paid
USPS shipping label that must be included with your return. Shipping charges will be deducted from the return

Can I return products in-office?
We accept product returns in-office and require the Return Merchandise Authorization form be completed.
Refunds are not applicable for in-office credit or other product purchases.
When do I get my refund after I have returned an item?
If applicable, refunds will be provided once your product return has been received and processed. Refunds
will be applied to the original payment card and may take up to 14 business days.
