What is Agnes RF Microneedling?

Agnes RF (radiofrequency) micro-needling device harnesses the power of RF energy and concentrates it to treat target areas in a minimally invasive, non-surgical manner.  RF stimulates the production of collagen and elastin, providing long-lasting results.

Initially developed for Acne, RF micro-needling has also been found to help firm, tighten, and smooth the skin.

Coolsculpting Treatment

How it Works

Micro-insulated needles penetrate the skin at specific points, distributing radiofrequency energy at precise temperatures to generate a tissue response without damaging the epidermis. During Acne treatments, micro-needling selectively destroys the sebaceous glands where acne germs reside. Once the sebaceous gland has been destroyed, no acne can reoccur in that area.

The heat from the RF treatment tightens collagen fibers in the skin while also boosting collagen, which helps support a more youthful appearance by reducing sagging skin.

Recovery

As soon as your treatment is complete you should be free to resume your normal daily activities. There is minimal to no downtime with an Agnes RF treatment.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many treatments are required?

Patients can see improvement after one treatment, but three treatments may be needed to achieve optimum results. The effects of each treatment will continue to improve over the coming months.

What is the difference BETWEEN other pre-existing Acne treatments?

Other preexisting acne treatments (oral medicine, scaling, chemical peels, laser, etc.) only relieve the acne temporarily as they do not treat the direct cause. Agnes RF selectively destroys the sebaceous glands where acne germs reside. Once the sebaceous gland has been destroyed, no acne can reoccur in that area.

Does Agnes RF tighten skin?

Radiofrequency micro-needling with Agnes can remove unwanted fat, tighten skin, reduce pore size and treat acne.
